Can't top up the balance?

If your transaction is declined, it was most likely blocked by the security system of your bank or payment gateway.

How to solve the problem:

1. Use another card: This is often the fastest way.
2. Change the method: Try topping up via cryptocurrency, skins or gift-card.
3. Wait: Try again in 1-2 hours.
