How to cancel a skin deposit?

You can only cancel a skin deposit via Steam, if Steam still allows the cancellation of this trade.


Please do the following:

  1. Open Steam.
  2. Go to Inventory.
  3. Click Trade Offers.
  4. Open the View Trade History section.
  5. Find the required trade by date, time, and the item you sent for the deposit.
  6. Open this trade.
  7. If Steam allows cancelling the trade, there will be a Cancel Trade button.
  8. Click it and confirm the cancellation in Steam.


Please note: if there is no cancel button, it means Steam no longer allows cancelling this trade. In this case, we will not be able to cancel the deposit on our end.


Also important: after cancelling the trade, the item must return to your Steam account, and the deposit on the site will not be credited.
