What to do if the deposit did not arrive?

Don't worry, crediting funds usually takes some time.

  1. Wait 60 minutes. This is the standard payment processing regulation by the payment system.
  2. Check your inventory. Often the deposit arrives as skins, and not as a direct balance top-up. Check your inventory on the site.
  3. If an hour has passed and the funds are not there, write to us in support, attaching the PDF receipt file and your site ID.
